Return/Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e., unworn/unused/unwashed with its tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, as well as the email address you used to purchase the item.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@rebloomedkids.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label to send back the item. Returns need to be sent to the following address: Rebloomed Kids, 2502 Manchester Drive, Valparaiso, IN 46385, United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately email us at hello@rebloomedkids.com if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective or damaged. Please attach images to your email to support your claim. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked "Final Sale."
Refunds
No price adjustments will be made for items purchased before or after a sale, promotion, or price change.
For returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rebloomedkids.com.
