Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

All orders are shipped during regular business hours from Monday through Friday. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched from our headquarters in Indiana within 5 business days.  Please allow additional processing time during high-volume sales periods.

After we ship your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. For orders being delivered within the United States, you can generally expect your package to arrive within 4-9 business days, but please allow a few more days during holidays. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.

We do not take responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen packages that show successful delivery. Additionally, we are not responsible for carrier delays or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Carriers do not offer guaranteed delivery for any expedited shipping service and will not provide a refund if your package does not arrive on time.
